The App is designed for legitimate property monitoring purposes, including:
- Property Ownership: Monitoring properties you own, lease, or have legal rights to monitor
- Investment Protection: Tracking land investments and development activities
- Inheritance Management: Monitoring family-owned or inherited properties
- Encroachment Detection: Identifying unauthorized occupation or boundary violations on your property
- Agricultural Monitoring: Tracking farmland, crop conditions, and seasonal changes
- Construction Oversight: Monitoring authorized construction projects on your property
- Environmental Tracking: Observing natural changes (flooding, erosion, vegetation) on your land
- Legal Documentation: Gathering visual evidence for property rights disputes (with proper legal authorization)
3. Prohibited Uses
3.1 Unlawful Surveillance and Privacy Violations
You may NOT use the App to:
- Monitor properties you do not own, lease, or have authorization to monitor
- Stalk, harass, or invade the privacy of individuals
- Conduct surveillance on neighbors, public spaces, or third-party properties without consent
- Monitor residential properties where you do not reside or have ownership interest
- Track individuals' movements or activities
- Violate local, state, or national privacy laws
3.2 Illegal Activities
You may NOT use the App for:
- Planning or facilitating criminal activity
- Gathering intelligence for illegal land grabbing or encroachment
- Supporting fraud, theft, or property scams
- Evading law enforcement or regulatory oversight
- Violating import/export controls or sanctions
- Any activity prohibited by applicable laws in India, the United States, or your jurisdiction
3.3 Misuse of Satellite Imagery
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit satellite images provided by the App
- Remove watermarks or attribution from downloaded images
- Use images for military, intelligence, or national security purposes without proper authorization
- Reverse engineer or extract geospatial data for unauthorized purposes
- Combine App imagery with other data sources to violate privacy or security regulations
- Publish or share images in a manner that violates third-party intellectual property rights
3.4 Technical Abuse
You may NOT:
- Attempt to hack, breach, or circumvent security measures of the App
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the App
- Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or overload our servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App's software
- Extract, copy, or mirror any portion of the App for unauthorized use
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Interfere with other users' access to the App
3.5 Account Abuse
You may NOT:
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or abuse free trials
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Impersonate another person, entity, or our staff members
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration
- Engage in subscription fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment disputes in bad faith
3.6 Content Violations
You may NOT:
- Upload or share content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or hateful
- Post threatening, abusive, or harassing communications in support channels
- Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Disseminate spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited advertisements
4. Reporting Violations

5. Enforcement and Consequences

- Investigate suspected violations of this Policy
- Review account activity, property data, and usage patterns
- Request additional documentation or verification from users
- Cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigations
5.2 Actions We May Take
If you violate this Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Warning: Issuance of a formal warning for minor, first-time violations
- Temporary Suspension: Temporary suspension of account access (7-30 days)
- Permanent Termination: Immediate and permanent account closure without refund
- Legal Action: Pursuit of civil or criminal action for serious violations
- Reporting to Authorities: Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement agencies
- Ban from Service: Permanent ban preventing future account creation
5.3 No Liability for Enforcement
We are not obligated to monitor all user activity or enforce this Policy in every instance. However, we reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion when violations are discovered.
6. Legal Compliance
6.1 Applicable Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- India: Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), Information Technology Act, Geospatial Data Guidelines
- United States: Privacy laws (CCPA, state-specific regulations), Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA)
- International: Export control laws, sanctions regulations
6.2 Government Requests
We may disclose user information to government authorities or law enforcement in response to:
- Valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, warrants)
- National security or public safety threats
- Fraud investigations
- Protection of our rights, property, or safety
6.3 Geospatial Data Regulations
Use of satellite imagery and geospatial data is subject to:
- India's National Geospatial Policy and licensing requirements
- US export controls on high-resolution imagery
- International regulations governing remote sensing data
7. User Responsibilities
7.1 Authorization
Before adding a property to the App, you must ensure that you have:
- Legal ownership, lease rights, or written authorization from the property owner
- Consent from co-owners or family members if property is jointly owned
- Proper documentation proving your right to monitor the property
7.2 Accuracy
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate property coordinates and information
- Ensuring property data does not overlap with unauthorized areas
- Correcting any errors in property data promptly
7.3 Data Security
You agree to:
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Not share sensitive property information publicly
- Report security breaches or unauthorized access immediately
8. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party satellite imagery providers and cloud infrastructure services. You agree that:
- Third-party services have their own terms and acceptable use policies
- We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions or policy violations by providers
- Satellite imagery may be subject to additional usage restrictions imposed by data providers
- You will comply with all third-party terms when using the App
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TGovern Global, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of this Acceptable Use Policy
- Your unauthorized monitoring of properties
- Your misuse of satellite imagery or data
- Third-party claims related to your use of the App
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of significant changes via:
- Email notification
- In-app notification
- Update to the "Last Updated" date
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
